Title: Accounting Controller
Location: Rialto

Responsibilities:
* Oversee and support accounting team of 9 with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
* Produce monthly financials statements through month-end closing, J/E's, etc.
* Day-to-day communication with President/CEO along with Executive staff
* Reconcile various BS accounts monthly
* Maintain fixed assets module and reporting
* Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, budgets and actual expenditures
* Establish (in coordination with CFO financials and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
* Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, adhering to national and local legal standards while remaining knowledgeable of proposed legislation
* Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedure and workflows
* Maintain various leases with Leasequery software
Required skills and qualifications
* Ten or more years of professional accounting experience
* Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
* Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
* Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes
* Good understanding of ASC 842 lease accounting
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
* Professional certification, such as CPA or CA (chartered accountant)
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership as a senior-level accounting or finance manager
* Accounting experience in retail is preferred
* Great Plains accounting software
* Proficient in Excel and Word
